BEST COMMERCIAL EVER

OMG! I have officially seen the BEST COMMERCIAL EVER.

Seriously, how funny is this commercial? I don't what sets above the rest except for the fact that I cannot stop laughing when I see or even think about it. It is fucking hilarious. And so I have decided to immortalize it on my blog so I can laugh at it anytime that I fee like it.

Oh and Congrats to Peyton Manning for leading the Colts to victory today. Once again I say...In Peyton I trust! The Colts are going all the way!

In Peyton I Trust

So here we are...just over an hour before the Colts take the field against the Chargers to see if they will continue on their quest to bring home the Superbowl Trophy. If I were a member of the Colts, I would be feeling good...especially now that everyone knows that they are being led by the greatest player in the league.

LETS HEAR IT FOR PEYTON MANNING WINNING HIS 3RD....(yes his THIRD) NFL MVP AWARD!

Not only did he win it...he crushed the other contenders by securing 32 of the 50 votes. This proves what I have been saying all along...and that is that no one in the league is even close to being the player that Peyton is.

Now one might say that I am a bit biased...being a loyal Peyton fan so let's talk facts and numbers.

Let's start with the fact that he started the season less a 100% due to his preseason knee surgery. Then you have the fact that at one point this season his team was under .500. I think that by week 6 everyone had counted the Colts out. Everyone but Peyton that is. Peyton forced himself to pull everything together. He found his groove on the field, got back on track and brought the entire team along for the ride. Once the Colts got moving...they began to look like a Superbowl Contention team...and Peyton looked like the all star that we know and love. By the end of the regular season he had his 9th 4000 yard plus season, a most impressive 66.8 completion rate, and most importantly...a spot in the playoffs. Best of all...he was rewarded for his hard work with his 3rd MVP award.

You can't argue with facts folks. There is no other player in the league who deserves the honor more. The fact that he managed to do all of these amazing things on the field with his usual class and good ole boy charm is what makes him more than just a great athlete...it is what makes him a legend.

While I believe that the Colts destroy the Chargers tonight I felt it was important to make it known how freakin' awesome it is that Peyton earned this award.

There were some who lost faith in him after his rocky start but not this Peyton fan!

They're Not Saying Boooo...They're Saying Moooovers!

We all know that I am a Jeter fan...I pretty much love everything that he does. But when it comes to commercials...there is only one athlete who is even close to being as great as Derek. So it only seems fair to devote tonight's post to my favorite football player and his great moments off the field...so sit back and enjoy some great Peyton Manning moments.

So this one is great simply because Peyton totally sells it. Just like he does on the field, Peyton gives his all in this commercial and that is what makes it great. The best part has to be his reaction to getting a high five from his favorite accountant...and the statement that he is never going to wash that hand again. Finally...it works because of the looks on everyone faces in response to Peyton's support. I love it and wish that I would have had this idea back in my heyday.

So the reason that this one is awesome because it makes me think think that I could hang with Peyton. The practical jokes, the creative revenge, the need to top each prank...just ask any one of my prank victims if I am in any way off track with this one. The final line of the commercial is awesome..."Oh it's on". How many times have I uttered these same words?

Without a doubt...this is my favorite Peyton Manning commercial. It might be my favorite commercial ever. I know that this is going to sound terrible, but I cannot help but laugh when the barista screams after burning himself. The high pitch scream is just awesome. What makes it even better is Peyton's response of "rub some dirt on it". I feel like I am allowed to laugh at it for I time I was told "walk it off" or "add another layer of tape" both of which I was told the time that I had a tib-fib fracture a week before regionals.

Derek vs Peyton...that's a tough call. We'll has that out tomorrow night...as I really should be studying my DSST test instead googling Peyton Manning videos. What can I say...I suck at being a student.
